1. Money Answers

A organized, easy to use comprehensive consumer resource. Money Answers contains 1) answers to frequently asked questions 2)informative introductory guides on a variety of topics of financial topics and 3) interviews and blog on money matters. 2. Debt Slapped

Video and website aimed at high school and college students about the urgent need to make wise decisions about student loans and credit cards. Program includes teaching materials for teachers, parents, and students. Please click here for this program.

3. Train the Trainer

CENTS can hold classes for your staff or employees or train your staff how to teach our class and work better with clients who are experiencing money challenges. Click here for more information.

4. Bankruptcy PRE-Filing Class:

This is the class a bankruptcy filer is supposed to take BEFORE he or she files bankruptcy. For more information, please click here.

5. Bankruptcy POST-Filing class:

This is the personal financial management instructional course bankruptcy filers are supposed to take AFTER he or she files for bankruptcy. We offer the class both in-person and online. We provide the IN-PERSON class once a month from 5:30pm to 7:30 on Thursday evenings. We let 2-3 clients take the in person class over the PHONE. The phone class is given at the same time and date as the in person class. Phone clients are called during the in person class and put on speaker phone. 6. MoneySense money management class

CENTS’ 2 hour money management course will help you take control of your financial situation by learning about key money management concepts, harmful money traps, budgeting, budget analysis, basic financial planning, smart borrowing, and building or rebuilding credit. The class is very supportive and encouraging. No guilt, no shame, only assistance and troubleshooting. We offer this class both in-person and online. 7. Online Financial Evaluator

This free online course will help you organize your money and see your financial situation through a different lens. This will help you make decisions that will improve your situation. Please click here.

8. Free Financial Clinic

Spend 1 hour with a trained financial volunteer. Please click here.

9. Debt Clinic

King County residents only: speak with an experienced creditor-debtor attorney free of charge for a half-hour. The attorney will not fill out paperwork or represent you in court. To schedule your appointment, please call (206) 267-7070 between the hours of 9am and noon, Monday-Thursday.
