They really work. If you have a technical difficulty not dealt with on that page, we will not be able to help you complete the course in the standard way so please try those suggestions. However, if you tried them and they did not work, or if you have another issue not dealt with on that page, we’ll provide you an alternative way to complete the course. To complete the course in the alternative manner and receive your certificate, please follow these instructions:
I. Spend 1.5 hours reading the Innovo workbook or video transcript (links for these are below). Then please email icert@centsprogram.org the following information in order:
1. your name as you want it on certificate
2. your case number
3. your court district (guessing Western District of Washington)
4. the email where you want me to email your certificate
5. your email and phone number
6. your username and password for the program
a. we asked you to keep a record of this when we emailed you
7. Please describe your technical difficulty
8. -18. 10 things you learned from the workbook

After we receive your email containing the above requested information, we will email your certificate and call you to discuss the 10 things you learned.

If you do not receive your certificate within 3 business days of emailing us the above information, please email us again at icert@centsprogram.org. We may have sent your certificate out and it could have been intercepted by one of your spam filters. If something like this happens, we will have no way of knowing you did not receive your certificate so it is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive your certificate within three business days of emailing us the above information.
